A obra de arte modernista de Romeo Di Giorgio. Violão datado e assinado pelo mestre em 01/03/1922. 
Quando falamos em Modernismo alguns nomes nos vêm a mente como: Anita Malfatti, Tarsila do Amaral, Pablo Picasso, Heitor Villa-Lobos e outros. No Brasil o auge do movimento foi marcado pela Semana de Arte Moderna, que se iniciou em 17/02/1922, no Teatro Municipal de São Paulo. Naquele contexto, enquanto Villa-Lobos apresentava sua obra no Teatro, não muito longe dali, Romeo Di Giorgio finalizava a sua obra em seu ateliêr, esse instrumento da foto. 
Os violões naquela época eram feitos sob encomenda e o preço era função do nível do instrumento, madeiramento e detalhes.
 Esse violão é do mais alto nível, todo maciço, tampo de pinho europeu, caixa em jacarandá imperial e detalhes incríveis em madrepérola. Já passou por restauro geral e troca de verniz ( goma laca com polimento francês)
Um instrumento que reflete bem o movimento que São Paulo vivenciava naquela época.

 When we talk about Modernism, some names come to mind such as: Anita Malfatti, Tarsila do Amaral, Pablo Picasso, Heitor Villa-Lobos and others. In Brazil, the movement was marked by the Modern Art Week, which began on 02/17/1922, at the Municipal Theater of São Paulo. In that context, while Villa-Lobos was presenting his work at the Theater, not far from there, Romeo Di Giorgio was finishing his work in his studio, that instrument in the photo. 
Guitars at that time were made to order and the price was a function of the instrument's level, woodwork and detail.
 This guitar is of the highest level, all solid, European pine top, imperial rosewood case and incredible mother-of-pearl details.
 An instrument that reflects the movement that São Paulo was experiencing at that time.
