É impossível falar da história do violão brasileiro sem falar de Raimundo Saraiva. Com quase 50 anos de profissão, Saraiva iniciou sua carreira na Giannini em 1979. Na giannini ele se aprofundou em diversas áreas e teve contato com outros grandes nomes da luthieria, como JB, Laurentino e Sérgio Abreu. Em 1986 ele saiu da Giannini e em 1989 ele iniciou a construção de seus primeiros violões no trabalho solo onde permanece até hoje.
Esse violão das fotos é um instrumento top de linha, todo maciço, com tampo de Cedro, caixa em Jacarandá e escala de ébano. As tarraxas são as originais de uma antiga segunda linha da Schaller.
Braço em D, com ótima tocabilidade, timbre quente, profundo e definido. 
Um violão com quase 30 anos de idade.

Raimundo Saraiva Luthier Guitar – 1997
It’s impossible to talk about the history of Brazilian guitar making without mentioning Raimundo Saraiva. With nearly 50 years of experience, Saraiva began his career at Giannini in 1979. During his time there, he deepened his expertise across multiple areas and worked alongside other renowned luthiers such as JB, Laurentino, and Sérgio Abreu. In 1986, he left Giannini, and by 1989 he had started building his own instruments independently — a path he continues to follow to this day.
The guitar shown in the photos is a top-of-the-line instrument, built entirely from solid woods, featuring a cedar top, rosewood back and sides, and an ebony fingerboard.
The tuning machines are original, from an older second-line series by Schaller.
It has a D-shaped neck with excellent playability, delivering a warm, deep, and well-defined tone.
A guitar with nearly 30 years of history.
